All Care & Cure orders are dispatched from our London warehouse within 24 hours of being placed. We ship across the UK and internationally — including Italy, India, and destinations worldwide.

UK orders are dispatched within 24 hours, straight from our London warehouse to your door.

How We Ship

Every order is carefully packed and dispatched from our Morden, South West London base. UK customers typically receive their order within 2 to 4 working days after dispatch. International orders are sent by tracked delivery, and timescales vary by destination.

You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation by email as soon as your order leaves us, including your tracking information so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Order Processing

We process and dispatch orders Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or UK public holidays are dispatched the next working day. Most orders placed before 2PM on a working day are dispatched the same day.

Please make sure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. If you spot a mistake after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@careandcure.co.uk or via WhatsApp at +44 7476 005227. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will update the address for you.

Damaged, Opened, or Tampered Deliveries

If your order arrives visibly damaged, previously opened, or appears to have been tampered with, do not accept or open it. Take a clear photo of the packaging and contact us straight away. We will resend your complete order the next working day, free of charge. No quibble.

International Shipping

We ship to customers in Italy, India, and worldwide. All international orders are sent by tracked delivery. Please allow extra time during busy periods such as Christmas and national holidays in your country.
