Care & Cure Nutraceuticals is a UK-based supplement brand established in 2012. We are based in Morden, South West London, and all orders are dispatched from our London warehouse. We’ve been serving customers across the UK and internationally for over 14 years.

Are your products intended to treat medical conditions?
Our products are food supplements designed to support general wellbeing as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking prescription medication, always speak to your GP before starting any new supplement.

What if I entered the wrong delivery address?
Contact us as soon as possible at info@careandcure.co.uk or via WhatsApp. If your order has not yet been processed, we’ll update the address straight away. The sooner you contact us, the more likely we can help.

Do you ship within the UK?
Yes. We ship to all UK mainland addresses. Standard UK delivery costs £5.00, and all orders are dispatched from our London warehouse within 24 hours.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to Italy, India, and destinations worldwide. See our Shipping page for current rates and delivery times.
How much does shipping cost?
UK delivery is £5.00. Shipping to Italy and India is £30.00. All other worldwide destinations are £50.00. All international orders are sent by tracked delivery.
How long does delivery take?
UK orders are typically delivered within 2 to 4 working days after dispatch. International delivery times vary by destination. All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation with tracking details so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Returns and Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee on unopened, sealed bottles. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return unopened items within 15 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Can I return an opened bottle?
No. Opened or partially used bottles cannot be accepted for return. The tamper-evident seal protects product integrity and customer safety. Once broken, we cannot accept the item back.
How do I start a return?
Email info@careandcure.co.uk with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll reply within 24 hours with the return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before hearing from us.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 working days to your original payment method.
What if my order arrives damaged or tampered with?
If your order arrives visibly damaged, previously opened, or appears tampered with, do not accept or open it. Take a clear photo of the packaging and contact us immediately at info@careandcure.co.uk. We will resend your full order the next working day, free of charge.
