Important: Opened bottles are not eligible for return under this guarantee. The seal protects product integrity and customer safety — once broken, we cannot accept the item back.

To request a refund, email us at info@careandcure.co.uk with your order number. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

📦 Package Arrived Damaged, Opened, or Tampered With?

Your safety and satisfaction are our priority. If your order arrives with packaging that is visibly damaged, previously opened, or appears tampered with in any way, please follow these steps:

  1. Do not accept or open the package.
  2. Take a clear photograph of the packaging before handling it.
  3. Contact us at info@careandcure.co.uk or via our Contact page.
  4. We will resend your full order the very next working day — completely free of charge.

We take tampered deliveries extremely seriously and will investigate every report with our courier partners.

✉️ How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@careandcure.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will reply within 24 hours with the return address and instructions.
  3. Pack the sealed, unopened bottle(s) securely and post them back within 15 days of delivery.
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 working days to your original payment method.

❌ What We Cannot Accept

  • Opened or partially used bottles (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Returns requested after 15 days of the confirmed delivery date
  • Items not in their original, sealed condition
Your statutory rights: This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If a product is faulty or not as described, you have additional rights regardless of this policy.
